Your Calibrate Retreat Guides
We’re Matt and Loretta, and we love going deep. For the last 6 years, we’ve taken a couple days to get away, reflect, listen to God, and set goals for the upcoming year. The last two years we’ve led groups of couples through the same process. This intentionality has made our lives much richer, deepened our marriage and relationships with Jesus, and strengthened our family. We’re travelers on this life journey, trying to figure it all out, and grateful to invite our friends along on the way.

Matt loves facilitating transformational conversations. He earned his MBA and some other formal qualifications, but he would say his best learning has come along the way. While serving in leadership roles from various VP positions to CEO, he’s learned what it’s like to get stuff done, to make hard decisions, and to lead people.
Matt enjoys keeping a portfolio of professional roles. In addition to co-leading CALIBRATE with his wife, Loretta, Matt spends most of his time as a Managing Director at Generous Giving, which fits squarely in his passion for generosity. He also serves on several non-profit boards.

Loretta is a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful kids: Ivy (9), Stella (7), and Grant (6). Creativity is ingrained in every facet of her life. There is no dream or project too big to tackle. What she doesn’t know how to accomplish herself she will learn. Learning new skills and rising to challenges drives her. She is a lifelong learner; always eager to digest more.
She is passionate about growth. Encouraging people’s relationships with God and growing in community with others is central to her life. She is always willing to vulnerably share experiences that have meaningfully impacted her life in order to share the goodness of God and encourage others’ faith.
