The Inspiration Behind Our Story
I began milling flour after two conversations with two different friends, who mill their own wheat, from two different walks of life within a couple days of each other. I knew there were health benefits and that it was going to be good for our family, but I didn't realize the significant difference and health benefits until after watching Sue Becker's Only Real Bread video.
